Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, login provider details, profile settings, subscription status, and authentication data.
Financial tracking information that you add to the app, including transactions, income, expenses, categories, labels, wallets, budgets, currencies, splits, settlement status, notes, and attached receipts or documents.
AI input data when you use receipt scanning, document parsing, or voice expense capture. This may include images, PDFs, audio, extracted text, transcription output, and generated transaction suggestions.
Device and app information such as app version, device type, push notification tokens, crash diagnostics, basic analytics, and security logs needed to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use your information to provide expense tracking, wallet balance updates, budgets, labels, split tracking, receipt scanning, voice capture, imports, currency conversion, notifications, subscription handling, account security, support, and service improvement.
We may process receipt, document, and audio inputs with trusted AI and infrastructure providers to extract transaction details. The extracted data is used to help you review and save transactions.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run Expensorr, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, payment or subscription services, AI processing providers, and customer support tools.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
Data retention
We keep account and app data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. When you delete your account in the app, your account is deleted and associated app data is scheduled for removal according to our operational backup and security practices.
Your choices
You can update or delete many records inside the app. You can also delete your account from inside the app. You may control push notifications through your device settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so you should keep your account credentials and device secure.
Children
Expensorr is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
